1. Definitions

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, game content, and written materials — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property right to any Player. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by the Operator is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. 13. Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or source of funds verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

On closure of an account, any verified, unencumbered balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to the Operator will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

14. Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the registered address. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
